I made the unfortunate decision of buying a part from them. They advertise parts as being new and in great condition but when you open the box you realize that they stock their shelves with broken parts from junkyards.

They don't have a return "policy." If you email them asking for a return, they WILL NOT write back.

From reading the many dissatisfied reviews of them, this is a common practice at their joke of a company. The only way to get your money back and let the appropriate agencies stop their sleazy company is to file a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office at and the FTC at

Purchased Brake Rotors for a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4. They needed to be returned, however they would NOT SEND ME A RETURN LABEL.

They would except the return, and give me a refund, however they said I MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO THEM. The Original cost for the brake rotors and brakes was $124.00. The cost for ME TO RETURN THEM WOULD HAVE BEEN $152.00. Brake rotors AND PADS are HEAVY.

So now I am stuck with these items I cannot use. ...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUN THE OTHER WAY.

FIND SOMEONE ELSE. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE.The boxes have a return address of: 15250 Green Rd. Olathe, KS, 66061. There is a phone # on the box: 617-314-9610...However the business owner/founder Jennifer Maguire has the number in use as a recording only.

You could leave a message, but it will serve no purpose. They wouldn't call you back.
