The transmission has a hard time shifting into gears. It makes the car run very roughly.
It may be the BCM module; I'm not sure, but I know for sure the transmission is not working properly as it should. It has been in the car for less than a year and a half, and I have had problems with this car ever since I changed the transmission.
When I first bought it, there was no issue. After getting the transmission I bought from you, I have had problems with shifting gears.

It is very repetitive they keep saying the same thing even after I showed proof the parts were struts for my truck and they look like they came from a junkyard after I informed them of this they sent an email saying the parts have a ten year warranty and they would replace them as long as I paid shipping and handling but they will not replace them because they say I was refunded. Amazon charged my card twice thats why I got a refund.

I purchased this headlight assembly for my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV (right side) last October (2022) and received it in November. Proof of purchase and deliver kn screenshot attached as well as picture of the headlight (bottom not working). I have sent numerous messages on eBay but havent heard back.
